Howdy! My name is JaCee Byrd, and I am excited to be at Holland Middle School! This year, I will be teaching 8th grade English Language Arts & Reading, one section of 7th grade Writing, and will continue providing Dyslexia services. I can't wait to get to know your child!
I graduated from Holland ISD in 2005 and attended Texas A&M University pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I graduated in 2008, and this will be my 11th year in education.
I have been married to my husband, Matt, for 9 years, and we have three children together. Jaxson (7) is in 2nd grade, Whitley (5) is in Kindergarten, and Lainey (2) attends daycare.
I look forward to working with you to make 2019-2020 a great school year!
